You want it as closest to the same distance as the control horn hole you can get. That gives you 1 to 1 .
Like on a 4 inch bell crank set up. The line spacing is 4 inch as the bell crank. The flap horn is 1.25 and the hole in the bell crank is 15/16 off pivot. This slows the controls down a little. I hope I have explained this well enough? I would put it on the outer most hole. You can always narrow up the line spacing to slow the controls down.

So use the outer most hole to make it 1to 1 ? If you use the middle hole as it shows on the plans what does that make it?

You must move the bell crank farther to get the same action the closer to the pivot you move the hole. If you are using a 3 inch bell crank and the second hole would probably act like a 4 inch bell crank. 6 to 1 half a dozen to the other. You can always move line spacing closer at the handle.

So use the outer most hole and which hole on flap horn and which one on tail

HI STEVE I used the middle hole in the bellcrank upper hole on flaps and middle hole for elevator is on a vector arc hope this helps you ALAN

thanks how did it work out for you, I have one that I,am working on. But not ARC
Did you use ball links on bellcrank and horns
