Metaphor II under construction Updated pics 1/22
« on: December 28, 2006, 06:29:33 PM »
Here are some shots (new digital camera finally got one) Of my Metaphor II. The wing is about complete and the fusalage is started. It's a 52" wing don't know the sqs. but will power it with a Brodak 40. Designed by Bill Bradford it is a take off of the Magician but full fus larger wing and tail with wing gear. Hope these turn out ok.

Construction is just about finished, just a few odds and ends then on to the finish. As it sits it weights 32 1/4oz I should be able to keep it around 37oz. The Brodak 40 should be plenty of engine for it.

Looks really nice, Lee.  Yes, I would say that under 40 ozs. and a Brodak 40, it should fly pretty good!
