Looks like you have the hinges glued in? If so, how do you mask them? Or maybe you have some faux hinges to allow painting in one chunk?  ??? Steve

The hinges are NOT glued in. I use old hinges over and over for painting. Hinges are the last thing I glue on before flying.

Robert, Nice photos. You are a little brave spraying the auto clear outdoors.

Steve, I have sprayed auto clear over glued in hinges. I use a toothpick to scrape off the clear the next day. Works good.

Looks really good. Certainly your best effort to date (though the last Viper was close). Who's the old guy running the spray gun?   ;)
