60 Power line size ? Prop?
« on: November 22, 2009, 07:28:17 AM »
I'm doing a TF Score with ST V60 for power. What line size (dia and length) would be best?

What prop to start with? I have a 3 blade MA 11-7 and every size and pitch of 2 blade.
Thanks,
Dan

I am using the ST 60 on my Score also, line dia is .018, length is 63' and the model is HEAVY (75oz) using a 12x6 APC prop it needs longer lines, but haven't made any up yet.
I have only flown it about 3-5 times, but this is how mine is currently set up.
  Hope that this helps... D>K

Just a note, but if it's over 75, you will need .021 lines per the new rules.
