Two slides from Les McDonald's show a photo of a very young-----WE ALL KNOW WHO! One photo that Les  shot at the St. Louis FAI 73 trials...I  can easily remember and even recognize the face is of Joe Gieseke.
Sadly my demented brain can no longer remember this shot of showing his lesser known brotha'

Here is the main man himself...who with all that amazing flying talent...(it would appear that Bob could care less about HINGE GAP ISSUES? LL~ S or perhaps all the power he was getting out of that old GOLD SERIES FOX 35 made the difference?  LL~ LL~ H^^ S?P)

Guess when you are that talented...he could fly a great pattern with just a rock on a string? ~^
