New York Tri-State area contest fliers from the 1960's

The 1960's were great times for control line contests in the Metropolitan New York area. Almost every week there would be a contest to go to in NY, NJ, CT, MA or PA. Attached are some meet fliers received in the mail from 1962.

Andy. Thanks for posting those old flyers. I lived in Binghamton so a trip to the NYC area was a 180 mile trip on poor roads compared. to today. Until 1961 when I got married my buddies and i traveled all over Ny and Penn to contest. Those were fun years and the hobby shop had flyers from all over the northeast. By early 1980’s the hobby was running out off steam and contest far and few.

those are awesome , I see " America's Hobby Center " listed on the NJ one, I bought my first RC boat there, anyone else remember the stairs?
