I just got off the phone with Mary Gebhart's husband Bob Hazle.
Mary Gebhart passed away on wedensday, january 24. She entered the hospital on monday, january 21 for pnuemonia. When the doctors examined her, they found that she was in the last stages of cancer. There was nothing they could do.
Mary Gebhart was one of the original editors of Sixplus Stunt News. She was also a many time judge at the local contest level, the Nats, and at the FAI Team Trials.
She was a friend of mine, and I will miss her.
She loved animals.

Thank you for letting us know that, De. I had no idea!
I remember when she handled the products for PAMPA. At the NATS in '96, I believe, I bought some PAMPA T-Shirts. She asked me to get a Bill Elliott T-Shirt for Bob when I returned home, since I live "in the heart of NASCAR Country". Found one and sent it out. I did not get to see Mary again after that NATS............
Our prayers and thoughts are with Bob and family.
