Isn't Ambroid great?....you do ANYTHING wrong, out of place, rude, crude, nasty, mean, stupid(you get the idea),and all you gotta do is blame it on that tube of orange stuff..works for me, I can testify. BTW, was at the LHS and there on the display area ,at eye level , was a 24 stand up pack of 'Broid.....only TWO were left at 6.59 each. The thread running now regarding the ominous demise of C/L had me rather depressed until I saw the above....how 'bout a new website : "Brothers of the Broid" ?...... %^ DV^^ (051) f~ HH%% DK^ ~~>

Might be..but I my mind is so blind dead and dumb, all I remember is that it was at Delta park and was the model that I flew at the 69 nats that year. LL~

Hey Don,
The girl in the photo just above is the '69 Miss Model Aviation when we were in Philadelphia. Remember? I was 10 and she was just my type!
That was when the Navy wouldn't let me enter Scale because I didn't pre-register, you were such a big help. There was a kid that did pre-register and didn't build a model, so his dad bought him a Top Flight Mustang kit, McCoy 35 R/C and a JRoberts rig at the Hobby Shop and he built it right there in the hangar!
That was one of the best weeks of my life. Willow Grove, '69. Thanks for the memory jog, Donaldo.
Chris...
