I would love to see Schultzie's face if Leo finished and gave that plane to him. That construction is gorgeous and yet unusual looking in the pictures. Later, DOC Holliday

MY FACE WOULD BE FOREVER FROZEN LIKE THIS...HUH?

Doc, Shultzie is already flying ARF kites. As I see it there is somethin wrong with that face. I can't put my finger on it but that's scarry sorta like my wife. For some reason I can't get her to join the Army. I think she would make a great Seargent. mw~ mw~ mw~ mw~ mw~ mw~ mw~ mw~ mw~ HB~>

Yea I wonder the same thing, but he has always been that way. More pictures of grinder. I got it all framed up. Just little crap that takes time to do. Not room on my other post so here it is. I will spend a couple of weeks getting the glue off of fingers. HB~> HB~> HB~>

I think I am going with white, Orange,Yellow and Black. Mostly because that is what I have on the shelf. Also Arctic Fox will be white. Means I can shoot white on both planes at once. Glad to get these planes framed. Because of my eyesite I make a lot of mistakes. So It takes me longer than usual. The wing sat in my basement for a year and a half before I Finished it. Oh well now will have about seven planes to fly not counting my Force which is next. I have it almost framed. Need to do Hinges and put in stab and hook up controls and then it will be ready to paint. This plane is scratch built with a Grinder wing and hollowed fuselege that is geodetic and not ege crate. I covered the tail end with skyloft and now it is very rigid. It was a lot of work but hope it is worth it. Ill see you in April for sure H^^ H^^ H^^ H^^ H^^ H^^ HB~>

Maybe Schultzie can help out with the flying. The plane looks great. DOC Holliday

Thanks for the compliments Doc. I think I will pass on letting Don help me fly the plane. He has been flying too many kites. I would imagine he flys his kites counter clockwise so no use letting him get unwound. I wonder how many kids Shultzy has scared with that fish face of his. I think we should have him arrested for being a fishy guy. LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ HB~>

Hi Leo,
The new Grinder looks great. Are you going to be ready to load it in the back of the Honda when I return to Portland?

I am not sure when I will get this painted but if you stay away long enough! I now have plans

Ah...yes!
Basic White will always been a great choice for a blank canvas or those beautiful Grinder models of yours, Leo.
Last week I stopped at a custom cycle shop in Tacoma....and noticed some amazingly beautiful putts that were using so many of those pretty metallic oranges, and reds....over those base coats of Gold paint...etc but as you know, I am a real suckkka for metallic trim color.
Yes...I am afraid that my face will be forever frozen with that silly fish face..speaking of fish. Here is a sketch that one of my fellow Boeing artists drew years ago....What a beauty...huh?

I am glad you got new scanner. I think your picture scans are now better. You had better scan face just in case you get frozen in time. S?P ~~>
