Title: good press
Post by: GEOFFREY on April 25, 2008, 08:31:59 AM
Dave Miller from PASCO and Ken Burdick of Seattle  Impressed  The Oregonian  A&E sec.  This was  i believe Dave's first Combat and it made a good picture.. I Vote THE FIREBALLS for stunt grunt of the day for getting some much needed good press. WE need more wives like BRUCE HUNT's to  give a push to there  RETIRED U/C  husbands.

That is a good article.  I guess I am not dedicated enough as it is a good 1 hour drive to a paved circle.  The one I use most is about a half hour and is grass.  DOC Holliday

Weather wasn't really all that bad except for hailstorm on Sat afternoon. Thanks to Fireballs for great contest. Had a lot of fun. Special thanks to John Thompson for combat planes he gave me to get me started plus his personal help at the contest. Also, special thanks to Barbara White and Richard Entwistle for taking me to their house and feeding me and wonderful visit. Plus they saved me from that evil Portland Rookie cop, but thats another story. Dave Miller y1
