FUTURE STUNT GRUNT FOR TOMORROW!!
« on: February 07, 2008, 03:15:25 PM »
Notice that new little "HOT ROCK TOY" next to my new little Grandson... LL~
Take notice of baby Shay's new favorite "TOY" on the upper left part of the photo?

My daughter was a little upset that Shay seems to prefer that old handle over his binky.
Hummm? n1
A few moments after this photo was taken....I can't seem to find that old modifed flyin handle of mine anywhere....but then again. Guess I really don't need it anymore?
Note little Shay's T shirt..with the letters.. G A P which just might stand for GRANDPAPPY'S AIRPLANE PARTNER?
"THOSE THAT FLY...FLY" THOSE THAT DON'T JUST TYPE DRIVEL LIKE THIS? LL~ H^^

Great looking future pilot.  But, don't we owe the credit to all Misses for passing their looks on to kids and grand kids.  Have fun,  DOC Holliday

Shultzie, he looks great!  He's one to be proud of, for sure.

Dick Byron gave my Grandson, Gabe, one of his custom handles for his first Christmas when he was about 1 month old.  The handle awaits!   He's just turned 3 and my Granddaughter, Alex, just turned 7.  Both have to come into the workshop to see Ta Ta's and Daddy's planes when they are here.  Alex is dying for me to finish up her plane!  Gabe has his Dad's first balsa wood C/L plane, a Sterling 1/2A Zero.  Won't be long before they both are out at the field burning nitro! (Alex is still a *little* shy about the noise and all)

What a great surprize....a few nights ago, Bob Hunt called me and what memories he and I shared about the good ol' daze-days we shared with so many of our old stunt addicts....

After that phone call.....I CAN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT JUST HOW MUCH "ELECTRICS" just might help bring back the passion for control line flying....especially stunt flying. Plus being neighbor friendly in our vastly overcrowed world we now find ourselves living in.

GOIN' GREEN SOUNDS LIKE WAY TO GO...IN THIS NEW CROWED WORLD!
