A New Name for my next big Stunter
« on: May 19, 2010, 05:35:37 PM »
My next stunter based on an SV-11 wing was going to be named Excelsior.  (Ever Higher) but I have decided to change the name to a Piece of Stunt Heaven.... Trim will begin with the names Oba St Clair and Jim Walker, then to Bob Palmer, George Aldrich, Bob Baron, Big Jim Greenaway, Tom Warden, Roger Barrett and so on through a lot of other names including Paul Isenhower and Mike Thompson.  My only goal is to have the plane so sentimental that no one can appearance judge it because they cannot see out of their eyes.  Don't know if I can pull it off, but, i'll give it all I can!

How about some other names, yes, I know Bob Pitkin - there are many more I know, ideas??

Thanks in advance

Jim Pollock, some of those names above were close personal friends of mine

Some time back, I designed a large stunter that I named "KORO".  Now, if you were stationed in Japan or Korea, you would know that "Koro" is translated to "an unreasonable fear that one's penis is shrinking".

I didn't make that up.  I also read it in an old issue of Harper's Magazine.

And when you look at all the magazines that carried designs for aerobatics/stunt, the list can get pretty long. H^^
