For the memories...Who is this young man from the 69 Nats?

Here is a beautiful rendition by a young 69 Nats flyer....with his beautitfully built and finished "PATRIOT."
Anyone know this gifted young modelers name...That PATRIOT name for that model also makes me wonder if this is an early modified version of Jim Kostecky's PATRIOT, although after looking closely at both Patriots...perhaps only the name is the same?

His AMA Number is 45539.  Does AMA keep any records that would identify this person?
If not, they need to.
