After recieving a request yesterday and n' E mail again today with an invitation to take part in a noontime Christmas lunch with my old windtunnel friends.
WEIRD BUT FOR SOME REASON---
JUST A FEW MINUTES AGO...I JUST OPENED A BILL FROM OUR HEALTH INSURANCE CO ASKING FOR MORE $$$$----------SUDDENLY memories of the late Arthur "DAD" PETERSON who has passed this life all too soon came to mind...of an old recognition drawing that I drew of Art while he was recovering from a quite serious leg injury that included a very expensive bionic implants on his right leg.
Soon after he retired... his medical insurance company FINALLY came through with a meager parcial settlement.

This amazingly gifted Wind Tunnel Model Design Engineer we called "DAD" PETERSON was amazingly giving and caring human being...and no one was surprised to see so many friends, co-workers at his retirement parties that took place throughout the aviation community thoughout the Seattle area.
Here is another final drawing that I made up for attending folks to sign the border mat....which later I had to reframe and enlarge the border simply to contain all those well wish's & signatures.
