NoblARF Tip Weight
« on: July 19, 2011, 01:52:52 PM »
Exactly where is the stock tip weight located in the NoblARF? I'd rather not have to peel the entire tip to find it.

Phil,
It's on the top of the outboard wingtip. 5 & 1/4 inch from the ttrailing edge and 13/16 out from the outboard rib. It sits between the 2 tip ribs and butts up against the one that is horizontal.

I am going to have to remove the stock tip weight. Are there any alternatives to hacking out the structure the weights are glued to? Maybe heat?

Hi Phil,

I would start with heat, just don't catch it on fire! LL~ LL~  Heat should melt the funny glue.
