Any of you guys been successful contacting Brodak via email about problems with your ARC's. Been waiting a week now, starting to wonder.

Gordon, I've had to contact Brodak a couple of times, ARF/ARC control horns, and replacement NVA's.  Three times via email and once over the phone.  While a day or two delay has been my experience, they have responded and provided appropriate responses.  I would call on Monday.  I've talked to Patti and Jan.  If they couldn't answer or address my issue directly, they have given guidance about "my next email" that they have passed on to the proper person.

I wouldn't wonder.  My expectation is that they want to make things right.
Your mileage may vary....

The 26th is a Saturday.  Don't you take weekends off from work?   His staff does a great job as I have received responses in a day or two when E-Mail sent on Monday or Tuesday.  Give them a chance.   H^^

I have called Patti twice about problems with Brodak products.  Both time she took care of the problem promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

Forget the email.  Give her a call.

OK guy's Check this out, with out any email reply, phone call, or smokesignals, a replacement fuselage was delivered to my workplace. I was hoping for someform of comm. I was going to order some stuff I needed also so they weren't just sending out stuff for free.  I must say they treat customers very well and I will continue to reccomend Brodak products.
