Title: Brodak ARF availability
Post by: Tom Schwartz on May 22, 2014, 05:25:02 AM
Does anyone know if Brodak will be re stocking the ARF series any time soon? I know the fly-in usually wipes them out, but I wouldn't mind putting together another Smoothie and/or Cardinal....
Like women and shoes, I can't seem to have too many  :)!
Thanks
Tom

I have no information about these specific products.

In general, under the current state of the modeling business, I consider each product to be a unique one-time production batch never to be repeated.   If you want an engine or a kit or an ARF, jump on it while you can or else look for one on Ebay a huge premium years later.

I have an ARF Cardinal I can't seem to get around to assembling. Call me.

Tom:
Brodak still has Smoothie ARC's - but no ARF's.  Also no Cardinals.

Brodak has found a new ARF & ARC supplier, so look for the more of these to start coming back in stock.

ARF, ARC and electric ARF Ringmasters. P40s. The prototype Ringmasters have been approved. The one I saw was completed and ready to fly, powered by an LA25. Weight is 28 ounces. Covering is better quality, seams are overlapped. Parts fit excellent. Brodak nylon control horn. The P40 ARF will be covered with the new covering. Quality superior to the original ARFs. Vectors and SV-11s are being planned. T

Why do guys come on here to ask these type of questions.   Why not go to the source like Brodak his self.   Would save a lot of confusion. VD~ S?P

Because if we all try to call or email John he wouldn't have time to do anything but talk on the phone and answer emails. One post here will tell almost everyone what the status is. VD~
