For such simple design it did fly REALLY good and looked good doing it!

That's a great looking Cardinal, I loved mine. It was very old and pretty raggitty when it was given to me, but I got a good couple of years out of it. last spring I won Intermediate in a 22 mph wind, so I took a wide Sharpie and named it Wind Warrior. The controls let go a month or so ago and now it's in a grocery bag. The good news is now I have a spare LA .46. I'd like to build a kit. Or even an ARC if such a thing existed. I hope yours lives a long fun and productive life.

Ok I went out for few flights today put a full turn in the elevator and about a ounce to the nose with a tube muffler, reset the lead outs it was groovin, felt great it seamed if I thought it ,it was already headed there. On the third flight I lost the muffler went lean and turned into a unstable rocket ship ~^flew out the the tank landed it safely and picked it up and put in the truck  :P save it for another day!

Took the cardinal out for a few flights after couple trim adjustments it flies better than I do. Think I'll park it and save it for contest,John Gunn contest in Ark. is next month.
