Hi Randy Just had SV-22 plans copied at FED EX store and the plans were stretched 1/4 inch .. They tried some things that did not work. I need the nose and tail moment for SV-22 as this may have been happening for years but I usually check. Kenny

The tail is 17.5 inches , nose is 10.3 inches

That is nose ring to flap hinge and flap hinge to elevator hinge line?

I believe it is the nose ring to the leading edge and the flap hinge to the elevator hinge.
