You might be a redneck if you screw engines to a wooden crate to run them in.
And you might be a redneck if you have a shack like this on your property.

I have been meaning to actually fly some of the 1/2A models I've been building. And this is the year to do it.

The .020 goes on a Queen Bee I built from a Minnesota Modeler kit. I got the engine swapping goods with Dennis Lipsett. After a couple runs it's doing real good I'm happy.
The .049 is a Cox 2 port production engine mounted on a Golden Bee Tank and set up with a conversion glow head that uses standard short glow plugs. It is running good and is intended for my 1/2A Snapper. Another kit from MM.

Jan is running in a Wasp .061 with a spigot fuel feed he made. It's running good. I don't know what he's going to put it on.

I'm a stunt flyer man, and here I am wasting precious time playing with 1/2A. Ah, but I'm having fun!!

Pictures are of the shack-the pile of engines I scavenged for parts- and the 1/2A models.
