Title: wasp 061 engines
Post by: Bootlegger on February 12, 2012, 04:37:26 PM
Guy's what percent oil, and is it a blend such as 22% half castor/half syn with 10% nitro are you running in your wasp 061 engines?
I have been running mine in breakin on this set up. Is this good or bad, and why?
      Thanks, Gil

That is what I was using myself. I believe Sig fuels are 20% oil content. I would use no less than 20%. These engines are surely not like an iron piston engine requiring higher oil and castor content. Ken

Remember, that if you go up in nitro it may require a little more break in.  That has been my experience. H^^
