Try PDK in the Vendors Corner.  PDK is Pat King, and he has both a Baby Ringmaster Bipe kit and a Beginner's Ringmaster Bipe kit.  The kits have full size plans, and the wood is laser cut.  The nylon mount for the landing gear and engine is available from Brodak.

Brodak sells the engine mount you need, and it is way better than the one Sterling used.

Most of the vendors still have the PM or E-mail icon for contact.   I know for sure PDK has a list of his kits on the BoR site.(Brotherhood of the Ring).

                  One major problem with the Sterling Bipe is the wing attachment. The struts holding the top wing to fuse will certainly fail. It's in my honest opinion, that you should use lightweight fiberglass strips from the strut to the fuse. The struts more of less butt the fuse and are glued directly to the top of the fuse. I've changed that design and made the struts longer to attach to the sides of the fuse pinning one to the other with a bb-q skewer. The strut to the wing has never failed me. It actually should've due to the cutout Sterling made in the top wing. They cut the hole extremely larger so the strut can be angled to the fuse. This results in a larger hole around the fitment of the strut and needs to be filled with glue. It never broke on me like I said and I've built 3 of these. I've also had problems with the top wing cupping. I believe it's due to the lack of support it has. There really isn't much of a footprint from the struts to give it adequate stability. It works but I certainly believe there could be some simple changes that would make it that much better for longevity. Ken
