Sad day for a good model
« on: August 07, 2013, 08:34:54 AM »
Yesterday the Sky Streak hit some really bad air. I didn't know that a CL model could do a Lomcevack! ~^

This was followed shortly with it hitting some really hard pavement.  :X

Dang, I had just gotten the trim near perfect, too.  HB~>

The nose was destroyed and one wing badly damaged. I gave the wreckage to John Wright, who just can't let a wrecked model die in peace (pieces?).

I estimate that I can build a new one quicker and better than repairing the old one.
Think S.M.A.L.L. y'all and, it's all good, CL, FF and RC!

Sounds bad and hate to hear of a good plane going in.   I too hate rebuilding  planes.   Glad we have people that like to rebuild.
