I could not find the Dale Kirn Torky in the AMA plans listing. However, somewhere I think it has been announced that the AMA has obtained the Model Builder plans, so they may well be available from the AMA, just that the cataloging has not been completed.
My copy of the Model Builder article dos not show the month/year that the article was published. However, here is scan of the plans from that article.
