I received this info and two attachments with the rules. if anyone is interested I will be glad to send the attachments to them. This is from Henry Werner of Virginia Hobbysport:
"I finally have date for Musciano-Scientific Commemorative Contest Sep. 20 at Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt MD sponsored by SLOW club (Sky Lancers Of Washington) and Virginia Hobbysport.  I will be CD.  I have provided couple documents regarding contest. I will be sponsoring over all points winner with plaque,  certificate signed by Walt and new Fox single port engine."

There are four categories for this nostalgia 1/2A Contest as follows; Stunt, Speed, Rat Race and Appearance.    Plaques and certificates signed by Walter Musciano for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners and a special plaque, certificate and new Fox single port engine for Overall High Points Winner.  Barbeque lunch will follow contest, which is included in your contest fee.  Clubhouse has restroom and electricity in workshop for your convenience.  Registration 8:30 AM Contest starts at 9 AM with pilots meeting.  Contest Fee is $12.00 and covers all events, fuel and barbeque.

Lately, I haven't been able to view the Virginia Hobbysport website.  It has been one of my favorite browsing places, but it now only partially loads.  I don't know if it is a setting on my end or what. Any suggestions?  I do have the phone number written down in case I turn up with some cash I can spend there.
