Title: NEED HELP
Post by: LARRY RICE on March 30, 2009, 07:07:53 AM
I am redoing our on-line catalog and I want to fill the pages with pictures of kids building and flying Black Hawk Models, I also want to have pictures of kids with any control line model for a special page. PLEASE SEND PICTURES! THIS is for ALL kids EVERYWHERE. Please help. I think that it will encourage more young participation.

How big a file, and what e-mail do you want them sent to?

Send to:
Larrytheredbaron@AOL.com
and I will forward to the Web site guy. Only first names will be used for the protection of the youngsters. We do not need a big file, I'm old and want to still be alive when the pictures are finally downloaded.
The idea here is that when we get a kid to look at the site they are turned off by seeing just a bunch of old guys with planes, When they see kids it will make the hobby more welcoming; also when adults look and see kids they will get the idea to introduce their kids and grand kids to control line.

I'll see what I have- may not be Blackhawk Models but I do have some pics of kids with 1/2As.

Larry

I will also try and get you some pictures of my kids flying and holding some 1/2As. I have one of your tethered planes that I built for the kids, but they have not been out to the field since it was completed. Their mother keeps them busy on the weekend. I will try and get a picture of them with that for you in the near future.

Regards
Robert

Thanks guys, our campaign needs all of the pictures we can get. A kid won't try something if he/she thinks that there is nothing but old folks there. We got to show them that this hobby is for kids. Joe Paluka (Probably misspelled)
