  Guy's where do I need to set the needle on this engine to get it to start and run?  Never been run and I ain't  familur with these engines

Cox instructions say start 5 turns open. I will post the 3 pages of Medallion .049, .09, .15 literature later. I have to make .jpg files small enough to post.
