Title: KOTRC Hollow Log Proto speed rules

Here is the latest version of the rules as collated by Divot McSlow (aka Dave Hull)


There will be 3 events at the Toys for Tots sponsored by KOTRC. There will be other events sponsored by the speed and racing dudes, and I will research what they are and report on them.

Hollow Log Reed Valve Proto Speed
Dale Kirn's Torquette  Proto Speed (2 classes, Plain Bearing and Unlimited)
