Title: ITS CHRISTMAS TIME!

This message is meant for all of the other kit manufactures:

This year Black Hawk Models is donating 75 model airplane kits to toy drives.  Each year we drop off several model kits with Toys for Tots, local police toy drives , local clubs and even an Indian casino toy drive.  These models are meant for kids who have never built a model, or seen a model kit and would never be able to afford one.  I feel that this is an impotent part of who we are and many manufactures do not realize the benefits of this give away.  My wish is that they will read this and will do the same in their area.

Thanks for that Larry.  Will make some youngster very happy.   I heard at one time the late Jim Walker would give away the A-J Firebaby after he would give a demo or fly in some park.

I did a demo at a boy scout meeting last month and gave away about a dozen kits for the kids.  They were working on making rockets at the time, our planes will be next.

How is the Canada deal going and when will we see your offerings get back on line?

There are a few of your models I want that are out of production currently

I am told that production is starting up, slightly behind time but still working.  I am still shipping material to Canada and shutting down here in California.  I still have several kits available and I am shipping kits sold on E-bay.

Hi Larry. I appreciate your generosity and concern for kids.
What is "the Canada deal" ? I spend most of my time in B.C. and not too far from the Cox distribution in Williams Lake.

The new producer of Black Hawk Models is located at the other end of Canada, by New York.  They will be up grading the kits with more laser cut parts and sending them to a distrubator here in the U. S. (me).
