Very nice plane there. I have always wondered how a small profile high wing such as yours flew. I have never personally seen one but always mid or low wing.

Very nice! What is it, Wayne?

For the fuselage and tail surfaces I enlarged plans for a Gulliow’s L-19 Birddog made patterns. I squared up the wing to gain more surface. The wing struts are needed. The fuselage had to much flex without them.

Engine added.
Resizing may make the picture seem fuzzy. Clicking on the picture should show a more clear image.

Hey,
That is awefully cute! I look forward to the flight report.

I told Wayne in a PM the L-19 Bird Dog is kind of dear to me. I built the Scientific "hollow log" when I was a teenager and did by far the best job on anything I had built at that point. Put a very reliable (and strong) Wen-Mac .049 up front and got lots of flying time - it was my pride and joy way back then.
I spotted a colorful paint scheme in the November 2019 Model Aviation. It's a Micro RC but the colors kinda grab you ...
