Hughes H-1
« on: May 14, 2015, 10:46:43 AM »
Here is why I said in the P-40 post that I didn’t need a new project. I am trying to finish a Hughes H-1, short wing, for 1/2A scale and/or reed speed. Still have a bit to do before I can get to the paint shop. The motor, a Cox, will be slant mounted. I have never done one that way, but have seen it done, hope it works.!

What do you expect slanting the engine to gain for you?

Looks fast just sitting on the table John. A scaled up .15 size would be a mighty fine ship for my club racing event.💨
