A long time ago, maybe a year or so, I received an email from Phil Juares about a Stiletto project he was working on and then several months ago he sent me these pictures of his progress. I don't recall the details but I do remember it is powered with a Norvel of some sort. I really don't know anything else but I think it looks cool and it's obviously well built

That's not a 1/2A. That's a 660 that someone used Bobby's favorite Power Dissolver on and then stuck in the clothes dryer. It just shrank up a bit....
You don't want to be flying it in the rain, or it'll pop out to full size again and you're gonna need an ST .46 up front....

Not that it matters, but that appears to be a Norvel .15. Either way, very nicely done.

Maybe that's it, I've heard of the Cyclon but don't think I've ever seen one.

Here is what I started with and made modifications from there.
I also sketched several different layouts based on engine type and the different pipe configurations.
My suggestion is to start with a copy of Les McDonalds 660 plan and start reducing the plan to get the sizing your looking for.

^ That PDF looks small at first glance but will scale quite nicely in a vector graphics program.
