Send me an email at: patdk at aol dot com and I'll send you a full size .pdf of my Ringmaster 150. It has a 26 1/4" wingspan and 150 square inches of wing area. It has won 1/2A stunt contests.

Is te RM 150 the same as the electric?  I think I have your plans for that.  This would be what I was talking about for a TD carrier plane.

The White Lightning is a great little 1/A plank wing ship.  My thumbnail print shows me with mine.  It builds easy and flys great.  Mine had a Brodak .049 MK II.

I found the White Lightning to be problematic. In fact it builds so incredibly tail heavy I don't know how you would balance it using a TD .049. I rubber banded a TD .09 to it and it balances perfectly. The TD .09 is 2x the weight of the TD .049. I sent e-mails to the designer who claims that by no means should I change moments and that I should just add the required nose weight. A sheet wing when designed like the plan shows flexes far too much which totally kills performance. You would find a built up wing to not only be stronger, but it would fly far superior to a sheet wing. I feel that Pat's recent plane that was on paper the Pegasus would give extreme performance. There just isn't many options as many are for reedies. Ken

Take a look at the SkySport from RSM. It will fly great on a TD .049 on 37.5' lines.
Think S.M.A.L.L. y'all and, it's all good, CL, FF and RC!

My two favorite flyers are a pair of Baby Flite Streaks, one with a Tee Dee .051 and the other with a Big Big .061. I fly them both on 45' lines, the Tee Dee with a 5.25x3 prop and the Big Mig with a 5.5" or 5.75x3 prop. I've been building kits since I was a kid, but with no experts to help me. And when I flew my first Baby Streak, I felt like I was flying my first plane that wasn't a toy.
