Well somebody beat me too it- buy a bucket full of Sure Starts, then take 1/2 of them apart and offer the pieces seperatley for "rebuild kits, new glow heads, piston/cyl assys."

One guy even takes them apart and anodizes the case, polishes the crank,seats the ball/socket joint, and sells em as a high performance version. Gotta love people who are always thinking. The anodized ones actually look pretty nice.

I bought a dozen just for the glow plugs and to use the cases for my worn out black widows.
Cheap and if you use a lot of nitro you can make them run pretty good.
