A club in Alameda is the first club to use the Black Hawk Models "Cox Trainer" to introduce several youngsters to control line flying. Early reports indicate that all of the kids had fun and the plane suffered No damage. This is what the plane was designed for. Good work fellows!!!
We designed this model to take the place of the old Cox PT-19 with a similar rubber band assembly. Our model uses a Plywood fuselage and tail unit with a thick balsa wing. Yes, our kit cost a little more than most other 1/2A planes, but it will last a lot longer and it is larger that most other 1/2A planes.

Always cool to see kits doing something away from the electronics.
