I broke the spray bar off my Merlin diesel today due to a unfortunate figure 9 with my baby ringmaster. Does anyone know what i can use for a replacement? The hole for the bar is .125, and the venturi is .300 o.d.. The original was held in with a nut. Does anyone know what diameter one from a Brodak .049 is?

Texas Timers also make a fine thread replacement needle assembly. It's not threaded for mounting with a nut, but a little J-B Weld will hold it in place.

The TT precision needle assembly is .124" diameter, and should fit perfectly in your venturi, with a little J-B Weld seal.

I have two of them, and they are excellent! Only ten bucks, and they come with a choice of long or short needles.

Waiting on some parts to finish a NOS OK Cub .049B, and equip it with a TT needle assembly. Should make mixture adjustments infinitely more precise than with the crude OK needles, and course threads.

Thanks Bill,i have a cox nva that looks just like that except the super fine threads. I would use it if it fit tight in the hole, but i just dont know about JB'ing it in there.
