Hi Larry; I can not help you with plans, but I think that is the Scientific trike geared plane that I actually flew with an OK Cub .049. I had built and tried to fly severall different Scientific planes before that one, but that is the first one that I flew. I think the trike gear helped as it kind of took off on its own.

The Trike gear plane was most likely a Zipper (plan to kit this year).. Big Otto was a combat wing.
Thanks anyway
Larry

Ah, I was thinking of the autogyro.  Not too good for combat I guess...

Deleted.

Thought the question was about an autogyro.

I have the plans copied in 8 1/2 x 11 sheets and (I think) xeroxes of the parts.  I am out of town until around July 1.  If you still need them by then, please post here and I will scare up what I have.

Oh yeah Larry; I bet it was the Zipper. It's been a few years. Heh heh.

I am surprised no one has come up with plans.  There have been several on the bay in the past.  Too pricy for me for a 1/2A Combat/sport plane.

A friend had them.  I'll see if they are generally available.

I can still see what form my plans are in when I get home if no one else has a source.  I once had the kit and, IIRC, I just copied the plans in sections on an 8 1/2 x 11 copier.  Pasted together, they will equal the whole.  I think I also copied the printwood parts, but I do remember the plans themselves to be fairly complete.

I've been in Phoenix for the last few weeks helping a family member with some medical issues.  It appears I will be here at least another week.

The Big Otto plans are now in a pdf file with pencil drawings of the principal parts.  The file prints full size at 24x24 inches.  I'll try attaching a copy here.  If that does not work I can send a copy via email.
