This is an OTS legal 1/2A which I would like to build. There was a later version which is of no interest. The photo is of a review in the October 1951 Flying Models. I have probably posted on this before. I figure if I keep after it, I will find one. All I need is the plans, I think.

Have you checked with Barry Baxter? He seems to have EVERYTHING!
BTW, I enjoyed chatting with you at VSC. See you next year?
Oh, and the problem I had with my Baby Clown was definitely the compression screw not staying put, even after lightening it up and adding a spring. I will try it again Saturday with blue Locktite gumming it up. If that doesn't work, I got a locking bar from Eric Clutton.

Larry, try teflon tape around the compression screw. We did on our F2C planes. H^^

Hi Jim,
I too am looking for the plans for the Profile Puddle Jumper. I have all the Puddle Jumper kits except that one. They are hard to find.
If you find a plan source, please let me know.

Someone put me onto the plan. I have one ordered from the AMA plan service. I never thought of looking there, dummy me!

Amazing to see this post on The Puddle Jumper. I learned to fly on a Junior Puddle Jumper with an OK Cub 049 from a crashed Comet Tri Pacer. As I recall, my version had a balsa hollow core wing that was in four sections. The fuse was pre-printed with a metal motor mount installed. Does anyone have a photo of this version?

Hi Joe,,
Back in April 27/09 I posted a note that I was working on a Jr. Puddle Jumper, I also posted some photos.
I'm pretty slow because I am now just getting it finished. I will post photos of my plane as soon as I assemble it.

I received the plans from AMA yesterday. Near as I can figure they were mailed the same day they received the request.
