Another 1/2A Stilletto
« on: January 03, 2022, 12:16:29 AM »
Les' other post here about Phil Juares' 1/2A Stilletto brought back some fond memories. Back in my junior high days when I saw and read about Les' famous versions in MAN I just thought it was the coolest model ever. I was just starting to fiddle with C/L at the time. Inspired by Les, the second C/L model I ever built was this scratch built profile  1/2A "Stilletto" rip off that I drew up and did on my own. These are some old grainy pics of the nearly finished model, from back in the day, all I have of it.

Narrowly averting disaster since 1964!

That's really neat Wayne but the big question here would be---"you still got that green lamp?"
I see people my age out there climbing mountains and zip lining and here I am feeling good about myself because I got my leg through my underwear without losing my balance
