I think I bought the first Pee Wee 020 sold in Austin Tx in 1957. Note the cut down prop, as the hobby shop didn't have any proper props. As I recall the airplane flew OK as a sport sunt airplane.

TLAR incarnate! Too bad they never made a stunt tank for the Pee Wee. That would be a fun engine to own.
-
I think that airplane had a separate stunt tank. It looks like there is a vent tube sticking out the top of the fuselage.

Wow, a flapped stunter with trim tabs, for the Pee Wee engine yet! H^^
I flew two 020 Pee Wee powered airplanes in the early sixties. The first was a CG Ranger 30, and it went OOS with my new engine on it's maiden flight! HB~> Never flew another purpose designed free flight again!
Second was Larry Scarinzi's fabulous little Queen Bee biplane, with another new Pee Wee engine up front. That one was an absolute blast, and had to be the inspiration for the Bi-slob, and all later fun fly airplanes of that type.
Still have a couple of Pee Wee engines, and hope to build another Queen Bee some day, or perhaps this little beauty Jim includes a picture of, if plans are available.
Most people overlook the Pee Wee, but it's a great running little engine, for the right size airplanes.

I think I had the first one in Lexington, KY...same situation, no props. I modified a wooden .049 prop. Greatly underestimated the Pee Wee's power and the ship was too small...it wrapped around me and ran into my leg. :o
The original glow plug blew a seal and I had to wait for a replacement. I still have that engine.

the little beasties are indeed more powerful than you might expect, nearly equal to a Babe Bee in my estimation. They'll fly most period 1/2A airplanes.

There is humerous comment in one of the first reviews of the Pee Wee. The reviewer started one up holding it in his hand, not expecting it to be so powerful.
I doubt that I have plans of the 020 airplane, as I may not have drawn any. It could be recreated pretty accurately from the picture.
