Title: 1/2A Baby Ringmaster set up

I'm setting out to build a 1/2 A Baby Ringmaster and am looking for help.  I was wondering, of the following, which motor would be best.
1.) 2205 2300kv
2.) 1806 2280kv
Further direction as to a complete setup would be greatly appreciated.

Cobra 2204/40 Kv 1570 Motor
Bolt on Prop Adapter  C-LBPA-2204
Cobra 11A ESC
APC 6x4 Pusher Prop
Hubin FM-9 Timer
Turnigy Nano-Tech 3S 450 Lipo 180CFX EFLB4503SJ30 (Hobby King)
