I am not being cute but it means "that each word must be at least two characters".  Our search engine is not very strong so you have to understand it's weaknesses and be creative.  If you list words you will get every posting that has ANY of those words anywhere in the post even if it is part of a word.  If you use a single character you would get every word that has that character and that is why they restrict it.   If you use quotes you can get a phrase.  Try this and you will see what I mean.
Search for "Flap Horn" no quotes then do "'Flap Horn'" with quotes.

Good luck! - Ken

Hello Bootlegger,

This is where I show how I make
1/2A bell cranks out of free plastic
Wal-Mart "gift cards".

https://stunthanger.com/smf/12-a-building/gift-card-bell-cranks/

These work great and with double
or triple layers are probably strong enough
for a .15.

If you look at my Focke-Wulf build you can see it
in use.

I wrote:

The picture shows the "Gift Card" bell crank
I made for the FW190.
   It's 2-7/8" x 0.5" between holes mostly because
that span fits in the wing.
I didn't scrape the graphics off the card this time
and I just sandwiched it between the two layers.
I did a test with CyA and it bonds the plastic well.
These cranks are decently stiff and strong but
because this will be buried in the plane I took the
time to add bushings made from some K&S
aluminum tube. Probably wasn't necessary.
The entire assembly with the axle and spacers
weights 2 gm - 0.1 oz.

Hope this helps.

Cheers! - K.

I have been eyeing up the really sexy F2D combat bellcranks used in the newer models. Thin anodized aluminium and plenty strong . Probably free if you know a combat flyer . Just hang out at trash bin during a combat contest and you will be amazed at the parts and pieces you can recycle.

But if you use a bellcrank out of a destroyed combat plane in your stunt model, will it wiggle and jerk and fly 2' inverted laps?
