WOW! That's pretty cool, flown it yet?

Here's one I did from scratch a few years ago...

Mine will do the Old Time pattern very easily, just goes wherever you point it. It's been a while since I've flown it, but I think I was using 38' lines.

I notice "Dad's" still has the big elevator, I bet she's gonna be a handful!

What are the specs on dads? Mine has a 28" wingspan.

HI All,
The profile model that I came up with has a 30" wing and flies very close to the RM 207, THE 1/2A EL DIABLO HAS 212 Sq's. with the large stab & elevator the elevator does not need much movement . this plan flies great on .008 lines 50' long BIG MIG .061 with a 6x3 prop.the 1/2A model flies like the larger one with a Fox .35.

50 foot lines? Wow, that seems like a lot. I'm sure .008 helps quite a bit though. The more I think about it mine may have ended up being 42 feet. I'll have to check next time I fly it. I do know they are .012's. Is that an .061 on yours?

 Neat model Robert! y1

Yes the engine in my 1/2A EL DIABLO is a Big Mig .061, I like a 6x3 prop and run FOX SUPPER FULE and have very good engine runs.
