Title: "Pound the old Budweiser"
Post by: Larry Lindburg on January 15, 2012, 06:20:17 PM
That quote is from Jim Bouton's book Ball Four.  That's how I feel after I came home today and found one of my neon beer signs lying on the basement floor.  Apparently a plastic mount gave way.  Unfortunately, my two new, unflown Deweybirds were hanging from that sign.  A little CA should make them flyable.  Usually I get in a flight or two before I bang them up.

Similar disaster in my house.  I had my Sky Streak pristine and ready to refinish, and the electric garage door ate it!  Reparable, but what a pain!

No big deal.  All you have done is add a little ugly-drag.  All my best flying airplanes have lots of ugly-drag!

Sorry about the mishap, but now you don't have to worry about dinging them when you fly. VD~

I guess model airplanes and Bud light don't mix. ;D
