"New 1/2A profile design for sport or stunt" White Lightning
« on: February 03, 2007, 07:49:53 AM »
Hi all:

I have designed a new profile stunter for people to try out. It is meant for the Norvel .049/.061 or TD type of engines and flies real well. I have plans for sale if anyone is interested in trying it out for a new sport project.

my URL is:

Thanks

Thanks Bill, thanks Ray, good to have your opinion. Here is another glamor shot of it before we flew it. It has been a fun project and a good education in control line airplane design.

Yuo put a cool paint scheme on it Bruce. And those are nice modern lines to it. You did real good.

Okay I am a sucker for plans.  Went to the bay and found the listing.  Put in my bid and I was only bidder.  Sorry guys/gals, the plans look great and anyone should be able to build off just the plans.  The CD that was included shows the different steps of construction and the video shows it flies just fine.  Now to get started, but, I am getting ready for this weekend.   DOC Holliday

Good for you, Doc.   Make a building/flying report for us.  What engine will you use?

Thanks Doc, for buying a set of plans and your kind words. Please feel free to contact me anytime throughout the building of your Whilte Lightning as your set of plans comes with a Lifetime Supply of support and assistance. I would be interested in hearing how your airplane turnes out and a picture post when you are done would be cool.

Thanks

I like that..."Lifetime Supply of support and assistance".  Most everyone actually provides that, but you're the first one to put it into words.  Good for you, Bruce.
