The Golden Era is an open cockpit mid wing monoplane reminiscent of the time between the World Wars. The airplane has a 54” wingspan and 606 square inches of wing area. The airplane is designed for .45 to .53 engines. The wing mounted main gear give a different look from other sport airplanes with fuselage mounted gear. The CAD plans have full size templates of all the parts. The laser cut kits are all contest balsa with maple engine mounts and main gear mounts. The kits do not contain any control hardware. The airplane is designed for a 4” suspended bellcrank. The first kits will sell for $175.00 plus shipping.
