Here's the latest from the Buttafucco Stunt Works.
When I think the plane is perfect and ready for paint, I'll mix up some Brodak white primer and Sig polar grey, thin it down(a lot) and apply one light coat, just enough to cover it. At this point, its surprising how many minute flaws turn up. Flaws are then repaired and touched up with primer, and the plane will be set aside for a week or two to let the primer out gas and shrink up. I'll then wet sand with 600 paper, removing all the primer, but what has filled low spots. It should be then ready for paint (hopefully)
I'll post more pictures through out the paint and finish process.
