Scale prop for a scale project!
« on: December 02, 2016, 06:26:01 AM »
I've been waiting to play with this scale adjustable pitch prop.

R/C scale modelers have had great results with them. Mostly on the other side of the Pond.

It's for my FIREBOSS.

GBR-3 is on hold, I'm waiting for something, so I pulled the FIREBOSS out to refresh my mind on the project.

Yes, there is a build.

If you were using electric and needed it in a 10 inch size this will be available from Motion RC soon.

At only $14.95 it is a great price for an unusual product

Dennis,

Thanks for that link. Great looking prop and only 14.95!

There at least one more five blade offered also. I never checked on the size because I had already made the commitment on the one I'm using.

The prop I decided on, which is in the photo, has 5.5" blades and the hub is 1.5" in diameter.

The spinner is TruTurn and I had the back plate custom machined.

Thanks for the reply.

MM,

That'a some spicy meat a ball.

It's a great prop and it's proven. From Germany.

Thanks for the reply.
