Can someone post a few photos of the Vulcan? Doesn't need to be Bill's.

Thanks!

Does anyone kit or short-kit the Vulcan? Is it an I-beamer? Not aware of any kit cutters offering this gorgeous model but somebody should.

No one has ever kitted this Vulcan to my knowledge.  Bill W. won VCS Classic with this one several times.  Different engines at different times I think but it had an Aerotiger in it when I saw it.

It was a great flying airplane, at least with Bill on the handle it was!

Didn't Warren Tiarht draw plans for it and publish them somewhere? SN or FM? He built and flew a beautiful version some time back.

Is this Vulcan an I beamer?  I have two sets of plans from Warren, and one is for the I beam version.

I have obtained, some time back, a foam wing set for the Vulcan. I believe it was cut by Bob Hunt. You might ask.... D>K

Thanks Ty!

This is a thread about not controlling the rpm, but the pitch of the prop. It actually works at a constant r.p.m. But the design of the plane is not in the way I would have done it.
After me asking about the forward swept hinge line, someone came up with the article about Bill W.
Both Henk and I don't feel any advantage in fwd swept hinge lines, as you could read in that thread...... 8) ;D

'sorry for the quality Chris, but my scanner is not up to the job. These are from VSC 14 (I think) in 2002.

gee, i really NEED to paint one of my models with this scheme! gorgeous plane and painting!
maybe the ARES will sport this pattern, not sure about black, under Brazilian sun, surely will be a challenge to keep the paint from bubbling
