Little Outlaw

Can anybody tell me when Johnnie Casburn 1st kitted the Little Outlaw, has 50" wing span U control. I used to fly his RC planes but never new he kitted control line planes. Box states stunt, sport or combat flying. Thanks

Classic legal, definitely not OTS, from what I recall. There may be info on SSW that could be turned up with a search. I remember seeing the ads in the '60's, but not in the '50's. Ty might know more, if you can get him interested. There is/was a good English website that listed virtually every stunt design by year. I have the link to it, if it still exists, but it'll take some searching through my extensive* "favorites".   :o Steve

Look in the 60s era American Modelers and you should find advertisements for them.

IIRC, I remember seeing the Casburn models in the AHC catalog circa middle '60s.  I remember the SE-5 Ty mentioned, the Miss Behave (2nd version) and a smaller ".19 sized" stunt model.  I have one of those catalogs still around, just have to find it! LOL!!

I picked up a used airplane that I believe was the Miss Behave at a local flea market. The bellcrank pulled out in the middle of a square 8. Total loss.
